What would you tell your self 10 years from now?

We often look at goals in short term and rarely look beyond a year or 10 years. New years resolutions are great ways to jumpstart people towards the right direction, but what happens when it's all done?

The truth is, most people don't really have an idea. We want to share one of our many longterm goals here at CrossFit Mountain's Edge and that is to live pain free!

Some of the upfront benefits of functional exercise are weight loss, muscular growth, improved confidence, and improved performance. One often taken for granted is living pain free.

Constantly varied functional exercise done a few times out of the week can prevent or even overcome many of our physical stress down the road.

Strains, tweaks, falls, injuries, some chronic diseases are all possible events that can happen in our lives. Having improved strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and coordination will give you the edge to avoid some of these unforgiving scenarios.

Thank your self 10 years from now to committing to a life long journey to optimizing your health!
