Embrace the suck even just for a little bit!

I want to share a little secret on how to become an absolute beast in life. Do something uncomfortable a little bit everyday.

Here are a couple of examples for me.

- Take a 2 minute cold shower

- Workout for 15 minutes

- Meditate for 5 minutes

- Eat 1 vegetable

- Put my Phone in a different room for an hour

- Read 10 pages on a book

- Reach out to a family member or a friend

- Spend 15 minutes playing with my son

- Wake up 15 minutes earlier

- Sleep 15 minutes earlier

This list can go on and on. For some, this stuff might be easy but each person I've met have struggles in one or multiple things in this list.

The reality is most people go through life with comfort and find that some the big goals they had at the start of the year they don't even come close too. Don't wait for the next day, next week, or next month. Do something uncomfortable now even if it is a little bit.

Over the course of a few days, weeks, months, and a year these things that were once uncomfortable literally become nothing.
