***ANNOUNCEMENTS*** Thank you for being a member of CrossFit Mountain's Edge . The CFMTE was founded with the desire to make us all better. Never has it been more important to help our members stay healthy, train smart, eat well, and take care of their bodies. As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, the CFMTE team will stand committed to helping our community and members to pursue health and wellness through this challenging time. Starting on Thursday, March 18th and continuing until further notice, we will offer free daily at home workouts via our facebook page, and website. These fun and dynamic workouts are meant to encourage your members to stay invested in their health and fitness even if they are not able to come to the gym. For CFMTE members, we will offer weekly webinars, Vlogs, Podcasts, Phone calls offering advice and support from our own experience as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 situation. This schedule and registration links will be announced in the group. Again, never has it been more important to stay fit and healthy. We will continue to do our utmost to support all our members. We understand if you have to put your membership in temporary freeze with all the layoffs and unemployment, however small business are not immune to the economic effects of COVID-9. We would love for you to help keep small businesses afloat during this time and if you feel we don't deliver on our value we can prorate your next few months so you can recoup your investment. We would love the opportunity to keep your business as much as possible however we know this is a serious matter for many and I am sure you have to pay rent like the rest of us. We will provide the most value we can for our current members by the following: - Daily Videos of Home workouts introduction, stimulus, scales, and more. - Weekends we are going to be creative and do workouts outside parks or hikes to keep everyone going. - We are shooting out 3-5 Vlogs on everything health, nutrition, finances, mental health, more. - We are posting 3-5 blogs as well
- Because there is nothing to do for most, listen to our Podcast we are delivering more weekly content for physical health, mental health, and more nuggets. - Full access to coaches for questions or just someone to talk too, we are here to help.
